Armed Forces Chief of Staff Ricardo David Jr. meets officers of Army’s Fourth Infantry “Diamond” Division in Camp Evangelista, Barangay Patag in Cagayan de Oro City on Wednesday (March 1). David will be retiring this month when he will reach the mandatory retirement age of 56. President Aquino is scheduled to name his replacement on Sunday.
