Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte visits the wake of Davao Archbishop Emeritus Fernando Capalla at the Chapel of the Saints at the San Pedro Cathedral at a little past 11 p.m. on January 6 with his partner, Honeylet Avancena. Capalla, who took a stand against the “unabated series of summary killings” in Davao City while Duterte was mayor, died early morning of January 6 in his residence in Davao City.
