There is no truth to the information circulating on Facebook that Lanao del Sur, including the capital Marawi City, imposed a curfew from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. as an offshoot of the ambush on the convoy of Governor Mamintal Adiong, Jr. over the weekend.

The official Facebook page of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur dismissed the post as false news. https://www.facebook.com/PIO.LanaoDelSur/posts/pfbid0cnXwyJiRSFXTsaen5MhkDJUc1TRoWrjNktn5NUFWpNgMjk18ka8PytZ7aCV7AR8ul
