DHC South American coach Felipe Vasquez said the local riders even at a very young age already know the fundamentals of the sport.
Vasquez, a former youth show-jumping champ in Columbia, said he just need to enhance the skills of the local riders to "prepare them for the future".
Among those that impressed the foreign equestrian coach are Koby Tan, Julianne Tan, Mico Gonzales and Marvin Ledesma.
Andy Tan, former DHC president said there are indeed many talented riders in Mindanao and the Visayas.
" We have some good riders who only need an opportunity to showcase their skillls, " Tan said.
