Franklin Gonzaga, 48, bakes bread by the side of Tourism Road in the municipality of General Luna, Siargao Island on Wednesday (13 August 2025) using an improvised oven made of G.I. sheet and wood as fuel. He started baking at age 15, learning the trade from his parents. He sells the pan de coco at five pesos each.
