“Hindi makatayo ang Bangsamoro kung walang hanapbuhay ang kababaihan (The Bangsamoro will not be sustainable if women do not have source of livelihood),” said Guiyariya Akmad Tambak, 52, president of Mapiya Uyag-uyag Consumer’s Cooperative in Barangay Salbu, Datu Saudi Ampatuan in Maguindanao. The women-led cooperative produces household items made from local materials.
