Not due to earthquake A portion of Silisad Road in Barangay Pasiagan, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi, has been declared impassable since Thursday afternoon as continuous heavy rains further widened the cracks. Local officials are coordinating with agencies to repair the road while motorists have been asked to take alternative routes.[]
