Passengers of vehicles from Cagayan de Oro City are asked to disembark at the quarantine checkpoint in Talakag, Bukidnon to step on the footbath while the vehicles pass through a wheel bath installed on the road. A separate wheel bath for motorcycles has been installed on the side of the highway beside the footbath for passengers.
