Surigao City radio anchorman Saturnino “Jan” Estanio, Jr. survived a slay attempt outside his house Thursday (30 June 2016). He suffered gunshot wounds on his back while his 12-year-old son JV was hit in the chest. Both are now in stable condition and recuperating at a hospital.
