Unarmed police officers man the gate at the Department of Social Welfare Development (DSWD) regional office in Cagayan de Oro City Tuesday (26 July 2016) after farmers, demanded for sacks of rice after allegedly going hungry with the long drought earlier this year, camped outside. They agreed to break camp after the DSWD gave them 4,000 sacks of rice.
