Thousands flock to the Commission on Elections office in Malaybalay City Satruday morning, July 30, the last day of registration for the October 2016 election of Barangay officials and officials of the Katipunang Kabataan (formerly Sangguniang Kabataan).
Most of those whose falling in line are from the city’s interior barangays.
