A truck struggle
s to pass through a slippery and uphill portion of the Iligan-Bukidnon highway in the hinterland Barangay Rogongon in Iligan City on Saturday (14 Nov 2015).

Only a few kilometers remain to be concreted in the highway that will connect Iligan and the municipality of Talakag in Bukidnon, which are about 80 kilometers apart.
