Survivors and families of the victims of Typhooon Sendong, as well as sympathizers, stage a candle-lighting ceremony and threw flowers in the Mandulog River early morning Wednesday (17 Dec 2014) during the third anniversary of the devastating typhoon that brought floods and killed hundreds.
