Five months after the tragic standoff in Zamboanga City, 20,274 residents are still languishing in evacuation centers,  13, 274 of them at the Don Joaquin Enriquez Sports Complex, according to Situational Report 4 on the Zamboanga Recovery and Rehabilitation Efforts dated February 18.
