Prof. Luz Mangaron of Bukidnon State University lights candles for Toru Nagata, a Japanese national who was among the casualties of the ill-fated Cebu Pacific Flight 387 that crashed in Mt.
Sumagaya in Misamis Oriental, on Feb. 2, the 16th anniversary of the tragedy.
Nagata was a volunteer teacher at BSU at the time of his death.
