Phoebe Jane Burdeos is deaf, yet her disability does not hinder her from helping out others. Here she is distributing bread to children whose families lost their homes during the Friday the 13th fire in Butuan City. The Butuan Association of Persons with Disability (BAPWS) pooled money to buy the bread, and the PWDs like Phoebe Jane performed song and dance numbers Tuesday morning (17 Dec 2013) for the fire victims, temporarily housed at the covered court in Barangay Fort Poyohon.
