This lone “learning space tent” at the Baganga Central Elementary School in Baganga town, Davao Oriental,  has been accommodating 10 sections of Grades 3 and 6 students in four shifts  since classes resumed on January 3.

Only nine of 42 classrooms whose roofs were blown away by super typhoon Pablo on December 4 last year have been repaired.
