TEACH YOUR MAN.  Leonila Vicoy, a day care worker and lecturer on reducing domestic violence, urged mothers in a family development session at  the Suarez gym in Iligan CIty on February 14 to teach their partners to perform their tasks, too,  for the family’s welfare.

Vicoy refers to husbands who have neglected their families due to vices.
