‘PRIMEWORK AGREEEMENT.’ This message on a sack streamer and on the plywood wall of the gasoline stall on the left says, “Long live the Primework Agreement,” apparently referring to the Framework Agreement on the Bangsamoro of the Philippine government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front. Never mind the mistake, passersby say.
