SALVAGE. Court employees gather whatever documents they can salvage from the storage rooms of the Hall of Justice in Surigao City which was gutted by a fire last July 31, 2012. Although no one was hurt, the fire destroyed documents, court evidence and ballot boxes of contested election results.
