Filipino American Lynard Allan Bigcas (left) and his lawyer, Alejandro Jose Pallugna, insist he is innocent of accusations he smuggled into the country an $80,000 Martin Brothers motorcycle owned by Hollywood scriptwriter Skip Woods in Texas. The alleged theft prompted the Federal Bureau of Investigation to ask local police to raid two warehouses of Bigcas in Bukidnon and Cagayan de Oro.
