DOWNPOUR IS NO LETDOWN. Heavy rains could not stop this couple from remaining in their seats to watch and take pictures of the performers during the opening of Panagtabao, a showcase of Indigenous Peoples’ cultural performances, Monday evening at at the Peoples Park in Davao City.

The event is part of the week-long Kadayawan Festival 2010.
