GOVERNOR. Maguindanao’s governor-elect Esmael “Toto” Mangudadatu rode the Simba tank from Buluan in  Maguindanao to the provincial capitol in Shariff Aguak for his Proclamation on May 14.

  The new gov will will be working in his hometown in Buluan until the old capitol in Simuay, Sultan Kudarat town shall have been repaired.
