23 massacre in Ampatuan, Maguindanao sign their affidavit of complaint against Maj. Gen. Alfredo Cayton who was relieved as 6th Infantry Division and Col.
Medardo Geslani, who was also relieved as 601st Infantry Battalion chief, at the office of the Deputy Ombudsman for Mindanao in Davao City for “dereliction of duties, gross negligence and acts of oppression.” They were assisted by lawyer Harry Roque .
