Also ended this year being blamed for making the ICC believe she can stage a jailbreak to save her Tatay.
Omar and Rigo Duterte
Started and ended as dynasty-in-training, but Omar is nowhere in Congress, like father, like son.
Kiko Barzaga and Jimmy Bondoc
Honorary Mindanawons for calling for Mindanao independence, but never experienced living in war-torn or poverty-stricken areas in these islands. A change of title from honorary to delulu please.
