Davao lady booters eye 3rd title

Lanao Norte Gov. questions 2007 ‘Palaro’ host bidding process

KORONADAL CITY (MindaNews/Aug. 3)—The fight for the right to host next year’s Palarong Pambansa may not be over yet even after the recent announcement naming Koronadal City as the host for the 2007 in-school national games. This develop after reports indicate that a protest may be filed by one of the losing bidders–Lanao del Norte with the Department of Education over its choice of Koronadal City as host of next year's Palarong Pambansa, the country's biggest grassroots sports event. Holy Cross hosts judo championships July 22
