Tony Nur was arrested in his hideout in Barangay Poblacion in Buluan, Maguindanao this afternoon.
Elements of the police from Tacurong City in Sultan Kudarat and Buluan in Maguindanao, as well as members of the Military Intelligence Group, reportedly took part in the operation.
Nur was nabbed by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rogelio Naresma of the Regional Trial Court Branch 23. As specified in case number 271-2007, he is facing charges of murder.

10, 2006 bombing in Makilala, North Cotabato wherein 10 peopled died and 40 others were wounded. He, too, was supposedly among the suspects that bombed Kidapawan on July and October 2007.
