Police said Amil and Sangutin were riding a SkyGo when they were accosted. But they failed to present the vehicle’s registration papers when asked to do so during the interrogation.

Three days after, regional police personnel recovered two bladed weapons and an unlicensed .45 caliber pistol from four suspects they arrested in Polomolok, South Cotabato.
The firearm bore serial number 45662 and had five ammunition and a holster.
The arrest occurred during a raid on the house of Roger Arellano, reportedly a leader of a notorious crime group in South Cotabato.
The house is located along Dahlia Street corner national highway in Polomolok.
The raiding team brought a search warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court in Polomolok.
Aside from Arellano, also arrested were alias Colong and two of his men identified as Nono Arellano Jr. and Engelbert dela Cruz.
The raiding team was led by Supt. Mario Pintac of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Region-12, Supt. Raul Supiter of the Polomolok PNP, and Inspector Jordan Santiago of the Police Regional Mobile Group.
