DAVAO CITY, PHILIPPINES  — Davao Doctors Hospital (Clinica Hilario), Inc. (DDH), a premier healthcare provider in Southern Mindanao, officially announces the commencement of the pre-qualification process for the construction of its upcoming healthcare facility: the Proposed One-Story Hospital Complex located in Mintal, Davao City. 

This strategic expansion aims to bolster healthcare accessibility for the growing population of Mintal and neighboring districts. The project covers the construction of multiple low-rise hospital structures and comprehensive site development on a prime property along the Davao-Bukidnon Road. 

Eligibility and Scope 
DDH invites reputable construction firms holding a PCAB License Category of AA to AAA to submit their credentials for pre-qualification. The selected contractor will be responsible for the full execution of the site infrastructure and the assembly of specialized medical structures as outlined in the project’s Terms of Reference. 

Key Procurement Milestones 

To ensure a transparent and rigorous selection process, DDH has established the following schedule: 

• Pre-Qualification Submission Deadline: December 22, 2025, at 12:00 NN 

• Pre-Bid Discussion (Prequalified Firms Only): January 5, 2026 

• Final Proposal Submission: January 26, 2026 

Submission Guideline 
Interested parties must submit all documentation required in the Pre-Qualification package. Only firms that successfully meet the hospital’s criteria for technical expertise, financial stability, and safety records will be invited to participate in the formal bidding phase.

Davao Doctors Hospital reserves the right to accept or reject any submission, waive any formalities therein, and award the contract to the bidder whose proposal provides the best value to the institution, in accordance with applicable laws and corporate regulations.
