DECLARATION OF CASH DIVIDENDS

On November 14, 2025, the Board of Directors of Davao Doctors Hospital (Clinica Hilario), Inc. has declared a cash dividend of P 136.00 per common share.

The Board has fixed November 24, 2025 as the Record Date for determining shareholders entitled to receive the cash dividend.

Dividend payments will commence on December 12, 2025.
