ALABEL, Sarangani (June 12, 2006) – Governor Miguel Dominguez posed this question today during the 108th Philippine Independence Day celebration at the Capitol Park with employees and provincial officials.
The 7:30am program was highlighted by simultaneous raising of Philippine flags infront of the capitol and floral offerings.
