Students of Doña Pelagia Dela Cruz-Quibranza National High School bags the grand prize of P50,000 and a trophy during the 25th Saguingan festival Monday (Oct. 17, 2011) in the capital municipality of Tubod, Lanao del Norte as the town celebrates its 65th charter day.
