WITHOUT ELECTRICITY. Most Sendong survivors who opted to remain in their homes in the No-Build-Zones like this one near barangay Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City, find themselves without electricity or water on Feb. 24, 2012. The local government has imposed a strict compliance to the order of President Benigno Aquino III to clear environmentally risky areas in sitios Cala-cala, Isla de Oro and parts of Macasandig and Kauswagan.
